Technical Analyst Halal Compliance Category
Qualification: Any UG/PG -Microbiology, Food Science, Pharma, Bio-Technology, Chemistry.
Scope of work: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and Scope of
Halal Compliance, Application review, approving or rejecting files from TAD point of view in each stage,
and passing it to the shariah board with technical explanation.
General Requirement: Good technically competent and ethically committed Muslims.
Technical experts can be recruited within specific technical areas as well as quality management
system auditors (preferably all employees involved in all Halal certification activities are Muslims).
Technical experts should have at least four (4) years of work experience in their technical area to
ensure that the technical experts demonstrate their ability to provide expertise in their technical area.
Halal Compliance Auditor
Qualification: Any UG/PG -Microbiology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Bio-Technology.
Scope of work: Plan, executive and complete Halal Audit Effectively, Conduct the audit within the agreed
timeframe, Communicate with Auditee personnel at all stages of audit activity, Witness the unit for Halal,
Collect objective evidence and records by observation, Inspection & inquiry compliance, Review documents
& Records, Generate Findings/NC report, Prepare Audit reports, Examine CAPA and Follow-ups.

Qualification: Fazeelat / Takhasus / Ifta / Master in Islamic Studies.
Scope of work: Explain any files halal compliance / non-compliance to the head of the Islamic Affairs
expert, to get approval or rejection from him, liaising with TAD and Audit Teams. Islamic, Technical oriented,
Multilingual, Computer Basic Knowledge able to coordinate with other departments
Accounts
Qualification: UG or PG in Financial Accounting and Corporate Accounting.
Scope of work: Maintaining the Accounting Ledger, Ensuring that all the transactions are processed
in an accurate and timely manner, Managing Financial Reporting Requirements, which includes monthly,
quarterly, and annual financial reports and also the other operating methods, Managing payroll,
Managing Subsidiary Accounting such as cash, Accounts receivables, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets,
cost-cutting measures, Managing Taxes, and Driving the Budget process.
General Requirements: Good Managerial Skills, Excellent Team player, very good communication
skills to coordinate with the employees, Decision-making skills, Good problem-solving skills, creative in
nature, Honest, Trustworthy, and Goals oriented.
Backend Process Executive
Qualification: Any UG or PG Degree
